Homicide charges were filed by Scranton police yesterday in connection with the fatal shooting of 27 year old David John Deshler which occurred in the 300 block of Schultz Court in the city's Hill Section back on March 12th. David Gaskins, Noah Ortiz and Jonathan Lance Smith, are behind held in the Lackawanna County Prison on counts of criminal homicide and conspiracy. Another man Travis Lanzo, is wanted on counts of criminal homicide among others in the case. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact Scranton Police.
