Rob O'Donnell gave his thoughts on President Trump promising $5,000 checks for US citizens if Republicans maintain control of Congress in the upcoming midterm elections. O'Donnell wishes the President would rather the $1.4 Trillion dollars be allocated to paying down our deficit or solidifying Social Security than pay Americans a dividend that will raise inflation.
