Ready-Set-Go Grocery Shopping!

After I get done posting this, I'm going out to do my weekly grocery shopping.

I like to do it on Friday instead of Saturday or Sunday because I don't wanna get run over.

Shut out of certain items I need, and I'm good on the paper towels and toilet paper. Because I bought, (not hoarded) that last week. In fact, I'm good on those until Labor Day at least. I bought one 8 pack of paper towels, one 12 pack of toilet paper so according to my math, I should even be good until Thanksgiving.

But shortages of those precious products exists because do you think that shoppers are really following the rules? Due to demand only buying one package of paper towels and toilet paper? No. It's like someone who hits the lottery. That person has relatives they never knew helping them buy and hoarde that stuff.

It's become a scavenger hunt and HERE is this TV reporter in Louisville, Kentucky who's great, David Mattingly from WAVE-TV, who goes on a shopping scavenger hunt looking for the 3 essentials, hand sanitizer-paper towels and toilet paper. Guess what? He had to hunt around for it, like you do too, with mixed results.

What do I need today? Just a half gallon of skim milk. But the cat wants Friskies Original and Beachside Crunch. Party Mix Naturals. The dog needs Dentastix, Sizzler's bacon treats, and since it's B-O-N-E day, a 9 pack of Beggin' Strips Busy Bones. A 9 pack because I'm out.

Hope your shopping trip is successful and thanks for stoping by.
