'Morning Quickie': Arctic weather had Late Night hosts talking

More than 250 million Americans are feeling the wrath of winter

We are slowly attempting to crawl from the deep-freeze across Northeast Ohio, and most of the country. However, it will be another frigid start for Thursday.

More than 250 million Americans were feeling the wrath of the winter weather. From Texas all the way to Florida people saw snow and plummeting temperatures. Even New Orleans saw close to 10 inches of snow, that hasn't happened in over 100 years.

Late night talk show hosts Jimmy Kimmel and Stephen Colbert had some fun with the recent arctic weather. You can hear it above.

Here in Northeast Ohio, everyone saw actual temps below zero yesterday. Coupled with the wind chill, some areas were -25 below. Thank goodness we didn't have any snow on top of that.

As for Lake Erie, she is 80% frozen. That normally doesn't occur until February.

We should begin to thaw out slightly, as temps crawl back to a more seasonal level.
