So since it involved two of their own, Cleveland Police have found out why horses, "Larry" & "Jim" jumped the 3 1/2 foot fence at their stables located along S. Marginal & E. 38th Street this past Saturday. Which allowed them to go for a run towards Dead Man's Curve.
