The Cleveland Municipal Court is closed to the public Monday following a cyber incident.
Deputy Court Administrator Mike Negray released a statement Sunday saying that an investigation is underway into the incident’s “nature and scope.”
While the situation is assessed, the systems that were affected have been shut down as a precautionary measure, Negray said. Those include internal systems and computer software platforms.
It was not clear what led to the incident or how long the court is going to be closed.
