If you went to Euclid Beach Park, you may recognize the name Dippy Whip. After closing it's doors in 1969, the frozen custard stand is making its return and new home in Legacy Village.
Owners were able to procure the original recipe from the EBP stand, and will also serve up ice cream, gelato, Italian ice, nostalgic candy and desserts.
