Game 5 of the World Series last night from the Bronx between the Yankees and the Dodgers. New York on the brink of elimination, went up big early by a score of 5-0. But L.A. came clawing back, eventually took the lead 7-6, and closed it out in the 9th by that final of one run.
That’s the Dodgers 8 World Series title, last one coming in 2020. What was hyped up to be a great series, turned out to be pretty lopsided.
I hope Yankees fans enjoyed paying $1,000 a ticket to watch their team lose.
