The Cleveland Browns troubles got worse yesterday in our nations capitol. The Browns lost to the Commanders 34-13, falling to 1-4 on the season. Cleveland's next game is also on the road, and it doesn't get any easier. This Sunday Cleveland is in Philadelphia to take on the Eagles.

Kelly Clarkson announced on her talk show that she will help honor Foreigner at the 2024 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony by performing one of their songs! She also shared her excitement about performing at the event, saying “I’m gonna be at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony, because I get to help honor the legendary band Foreigner, which I am so stoked about! It’s gonna be so good. I am so honored. I hope I don’t mess up.” The ceremony will air live on Disney+ at 7PM Eastern on October 19th and be available for on-demand streaming, with highlights broadcast on ABC on January 1, 2025.

The National Retail Federation has just come out with their annual report on Halloween spending in the U.S. and this year, they expect consumers to drop over $11-billion, with 72% of them planning to celebrate and spend an average of $103.63 per person. An increasing number of shoppers are starting their Halloween purchases earlier this year, with nearly half shopping before October, a trend that has grown over the past decade. Young adults, particularly those aged 25-34, are leading this early shopping trend, with many who consider Halloween their favorite holiday and spend more on average. Halloween decorations have also seen substantial growth, with spending on décor increasing by 42% from 2019 to 2024.
