A bill to create an Ohio license plate featuring Dolly Parton is headed to the desk of Gov. Mike DeWine. The bill would allow drivers to purchase a license plate with Dolly and her Imagination Library logo on it. If DeWine signs the bill into law, the special plate would be available for $25. The proceeds of the plate will go directly to help Parton’s Imagination Library of Ohio.

Imagine the thrill that would come with opening an email and finding out you’d won free toilet paper for a year. Now, imagine that thrill was instantly wiped away with another email. In Connecticut, Judy Senft is finding herself (crap) out of luck after her “year full of free Charmin” was quickly followed by another email that said, “Oopsie…we made a poopsie!” It seems that they prize email was “sent out in error” to multiple customers, with a $2 coupon to reimburse her for her, and the others’, disappointment, along with a note saying, “Thank you for rolling with us!” It’s not known how many customers received the faux prize email, and Senft was later compensated with a $50 coupon instead of the $2. Proctor & Gamble hasn’t commented further.
