The Guardians were in Detroit yesterday vs the Tigers for Game 3 of the ALDS. And it appears that Cleveland left their offense here in northeast Ohio. 3-0 the final score Wednesday, and the Guardians haven't scored a single run since Game 1. It's win or go home now for the Guards. Game 4 is tonight at 6:08 from the Motor City.
Luke Combs, Eric Church, Billy Strings and James Taylor will headline "Concert for Carolina," which will benefit areas affected by Hurricane Helene. The concert will be held on Oct. 26 at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Carolina Panthers said ESPN's Marty Smith and Barstool Sport's Caleb Pressley will host the event. Additional artists will be announced later. The Carolina Panthers said all proceeds from the event will be split between Combs and Church's Chief Cares Foundation to share with organizations of their choice for relief efforts in the Carolinas and the Southeast.
It kind of feels like this is something that should’ve happened years ago. In strip malls all across the nation, we’ve gotten accustomed to seeing Spirit Halloween stores pop up this time of year. This year, however, the “spirit” won’t end with Halloween. Select stores will be magically transforming into “Spirit Christmas” stores to welcome in the holiday season. The flagship Spirit Halloween store will start it off on October 18th, and then a few other select locations will follow suit on November 18th.
