“Deadpool & Wolverine” is officially now part of the “billion dollars” club by taking in over $535 million domestically and $494 million internationally. It’s also now only the second R-rated movie to ever break that threshold, the other being 2019’s “Joker.” With total receipts of $1.079 billion, “Joker” will likely be surpassed by “Deadpool & Wolverine” for the top spot by week’s end.
Gearing up for the 2024 NFL season starting in a couple of weeks, the Arizona Cardinals recently announced the introduction of some new culinary treats at State Farm Stadium and one of them is sure to start a buzz: the “Cotton Candy Burrito.” The over-the-top sweet treat is filled with Fruity Pebbles, Fruit Loops, marshmallows, Skittles, Mini M&M’s, gummy bears, sprinkles and ice cream, all wrapped up in a burrito shell made from cotton candy. Who’s in charge here, my 7 year olds?!
Each time the Olympics comes around, the host city has the option of choosing several sports that are added alongside the traditional fixed program. When it comes to the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics, these are the five sports that will be added:
Flag Football (five-on-five)
Squash
Cricket
Lacrosse
Baseball/softball
And as ridiculous as it was, it appears breakdancing will remain a sport.
