Elton John has given more details on the eye infection that he’s been dealing with. The artist shared back in September that the infection had left him with “limited vision.” Now, speaking with “Good Morning America,” John revealed the full extent of his vision loss. "I unfortunately lost my eyesight in my right eye in July because I had an infection in the South of France, and it's been four months now since I haven’t been able to see. My left eye is not the greatest." He says he’s working to treat the issue, but his current status is making what he can do during his days limited. "Going into the studio and recording, I don't know. Because I can't see a lyric for start...It kind of floored me, and I can't see anything. I can't read anything, I can't watch anything,” he says.
Lyle Menendez’s wife, Rebecca Sneed, announced their separation after nearly 20 years of marriage, clarifying there was no cheating scandal and that they remain “best friends and family”. Rebecca emphasized her continued support for Lyle and his brother Erik’s fight for freedom, vowing to provide updates on Lyle’s case through his Facebook page. The announcement comes at an important time, as their lawyer, Mark Geragos, is seeking to reduce their sentences and reclassify their convictions from murder to manslaughter. Judge Michael Jesic put off their next hearing until January 30th so he can review 17 boxes of files and so that newly elected District Attorney Nathan Hochman can get up to speed on the case.
