Producer Alanna's Wedding Weekend

Well over this past weekend, I finally got to marry my favorite person in the whole world! We've been together since September 3rd, 2012. We got engaged on June 3rd, 2017 (in Surf City), and finally tied the knot this past weekend!

We downsized our wedding because of COVID, so we had less than 50 people there (and I would say about 85% of us were fully vaccinated). But downsizing was perfectly fine with us and we still had a blast. The weather was phenomenal- 80s and sunshine for the entire trip. Not a single drop of rain!

We had our ceremony on the beach, surrounded by our closest friends and some family. Beachgoers watched our wedding and cried. Best of all, the tide was coming in, so waves were crashing into us! Eric and I have vacationed on this little slice of heaven half a dozen times over the last nine years, and I think getting married on the beach has made one thing perfectly clear- we want to live that beach life!
