Fans React to the Browns Signing Jadeveon Clowney
Everyone seems pretty excited.
The Browns finally made it official yesterday- they signed defensive end Jadeveon Clowney! This is HUGE for the team. While the offense made leaps and bounds last season, the defense was not as strong as it could have been. With the signing of Clowney, the Browns have a chance to make it to the Super Bowl in the upcoming season, and fans are excited.
But the signing of Clowney isn't just adding another player- it's a reflection of how much this team (and this city) has changed under GM Andrew Berry and head coach Kevin Stefanski. Signing Clowney shows that the team is ready to move on from two decades of mistakes. It's time to start putting players where they are needed in order to grow and get better (not getting a new QB and hoping the rest of the team figures out what to do).
