As a teenager, many a day did I spend in and around Midway Mall out in Elyria. After years of decline, the mall has been purchased by the Lorain County Port Authority for a cooool $13.9 million with the intention of redevelopment.
Only a few stores remain inside the actual mall and the final form of the redevelopment is still under discussion. The sale to become final January 27th.
