Careful how you celebrate…A man in Nashville, Tennessee is facing over a dozen charges after officers responded to the shots fired shortly before 6 am on April 1st. When they arrived, they found Craig Jose Miller, 26, and another guy sitting on the corner denying they’d heard the shots. However, a witness told cops he’d seen Miller “waving a firearm around and shooting off two rounds in different directions.” After kicking the arresting officer in the stomach, Miller later admitted he’d fired eight celebratory rounds after “regaining his freedom” after divorcing his wife. Police also found a THC pen in Miller’s pocket and reported he had extremely slurred speech. After receiving reports that the suspect had “bomb-making” materials and stolen property, he now faces charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, assault on a first responder, reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon, motor vehicle burglary, and theft of a firearm.
