The Cleveland Guardians season may have come to an end last weekend, but the team is still taking home some hardware this year.
Guards manager Stephen Vogt was named American League Manager of the Year yesterday.
Vogt is the fourth Cleveland manager to win the honors, joining Mike Hargrove, Eric Wedge and Terry “Tito” Francona.
He led the Guardians to a record of 92-69, and a trip to the ALCS where nobody thought they would be when the season started all the way back in March.
