Winter Storm Watches have been upgraded to Warnings until Saturday at 10:00 AM across Northeast Ohio with winter storm Elliott now upon us.
Forecasters say it could be the coldest Christmas in about 40 years.
Snow and gusty winds up to 60 mph is what most of us are seeing. Wind chill values could be as low as 25 below zero. 3-5 inches of snow during the day Friday for northeast Ohio, maybe another inch or so tonight. The National Weather Service is calling this storm a “once in a generation type event” with a “bomb” cyclone possible in parts of the Midwest, East and South.
