Rolling Stone has again ruffled feathers with its updated 200 Greatest Singers Of All Time list. The publication started the New Year with an update to its rankings, which began in 2008, honoring the best vocalists in music. This time around, the list excludes powerhouses like Céline Dion, Jennifer Hudson, Janet Jackson, Tony Bennett, Madonna, and more. Now, Canadian’s were so upset that Canadian TV talk show host Julie Snyder organized fans of Céline Dion to gather outside the New York offices of Rolling Stone, protesting Dion's exclusion from their list.

Rolling Stone writes, adding criteria was based on "originality, influence, the depth of an artist’s catalog, and their musical legacy." See the full list here.

Also, “SNL” has sets its first host and musical guests for 2023. “Saturday Night Live’s” 49th season kicks off on January 21st and Aubrey Plaza is making her hosting debut. Sam Smith is tapped as musical guest. Next up will Be Michael B. Jordan and musical guest Lil Baby, who’s making his first appearance. The episode airs on January 28. This will be the first season without Cecily Strong. Strong announced her departure during the December 17th episode.
