Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin spoke on camera for the first time since he suffered cardiac arrest.

Hamlin released a 6 minute video on his Instagram account. He says he feels like the health scare ended up being a blessing to inspire others.

Hamlin was initially listed in critical condition before making what doctors called “remarkable improvement." He is now recovering at home and at the Bills training facility.

And Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl will appear in a Super Bowl ad for Crown Royal whiskey.

The company put out a teaser for the ad with Grohl in a recording studio reading off a list of random items. You can watch the video here.

Grohl joins other musical acts like Ozzy Osbourne, Joan Jett and Gary Clark Junior in appearing in Super Bowl ads this year. The game is February 12th and airs on FOX.
