Paul and film director Peter Jackson used similar technology to extract a John Lennon vocal from an old cassette, so that a new "Beatles" song could be created from it. That song, reportedly called "Now and Then," will be released this year.
Those who say playing video games would lead to nothing clearly don’t know teenage YouTube sensation “mythicalrocket.” Apparently, speed-typing on YouTube is a thing, and “mythicalrocket” is exceptional at it. The 16-year-old kid just set the world record for speed typing by pounding out a blinding 300 words per minute. As a reference point, the average human can type around 40 words per minute, and exceptionally skilled office workers and assistants can get up to 75 words per minute.
There may be a “dealbreaker” question you need to ask a potential mate: “what is your ideal thermostat setting in the house?” A tech company called Sealed did a survey to find out about our habits and it turns out that arguing over the thermostat happens in just over half of relationships. Here are some more findings: In general, 68 degrees or lower was deemed fine at night while 68 to 72 was optimal in the daytime. Over 60% of Americans called it a “relationship-ender” if a love interest refused to sleep with an air conditioner in the summer. For Floridians, that number spiked to over 80%. New Yorkers are a different breed. 53% said they would forfeit AC in the summer for a shot at coupling up.
