New signs of hope emerged for rescuers searching for the submersible named Titan that was lost at the site of the wreck of the Titanic Sunday morning. According to an internal U.S. government memo, sonar picked up banging sounds during the search yesterday, which were heard every 30 minutes. As of 2 a.m. Eastern this morning, searches at the location of the banging noises had “yielded negative results”. When the Titan launched on Sunday morning, it had enough oxygen to last an estimated 96 hours. The five people on board the sub are Stockton Rush, the CEO and founder of OceanGate, the company leading the trip, British billionaire Hamish Harding, Pakistani billionaire Shahzada Dawood and his son Sulaiman, and French diver Paul-Henri Nargeolet.

Ryan Seacrest knew he had a pleasant voice when he was growing up in Atlanta. So much so that he tried to charge his neighbors to record their outgoing answering machine messages. He explains himself below.

And if you’ve got an extra $40K burning a hole in your pocket, you can live just like Walt Disney. The Los Angeles home that Walt built for his family in 1932 is now a rental property. The home is said to be “perfectly preserved,” and has a complete screening room where the man himself would screen his productions before they were released. It also boasts four bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, and is over 6K square feet.
