Barbie grossed another $53 million in North America as it hit $459.4 million domestically and $1 billion globally. Its now the first live-action film in history directed by a solo woman (Greta Gerwig) to join the global billion-dollar club. It is already the biggest live-action film of all time domestically for a female director, and only the 53rd movie in history to cross $1 billion worldwide. The Meg 2 opened in second place with $30 million, and an impressive $142 million globally. Oppenheimer remained strong in third place with $28.7 million and over $500 million globally. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem came in ahead of expectations with a five-day debut of $43.1 million, including $28 million for the three-day weekend. Disney’s Haunted Mansion rounded out the top five with a paltry $9 million.

Tony's boat The Stugots (named after an Italian slang word for genitalia) is now on sale in Stamford, Conn. for $299,900.
