Spider-Man remains in the top three, but he’s down one spot this year, making room for princess in second. According to numbers from the National Retail Federation, Americans will blow a record $12.2 billion this year to create Halloween magic…and $4.1 billion of that will be on costumes for adults, kids, and pets.
