You can't go wrong with decompressing in nature. Smell the smells, see the sees, and exercise is a good thing. I myself have been getting out the past week into the parks around the area, and communing with wildlife does something for my being that is very fulfilling. Anyways, this week is National Parks Week and we have 1 of 63 right in our own state of Ohio.
