For decades, WNCX's morning host Slats has been the voice waking us up every day. Now that he's retiring, he wants to give back to a cause that's always been close to his heart: the Friendship APL.
To celebrate his long career and his love for animals, Slats is asking for our help. He wants us to come together as a community and make a real difference for the dogs and cats waiting for their forever homes.
