St. Patrick's Day is about to be in full swing in The Land. With the return of the parade and COVID cases declining, Cleveland is going to be crazy! But it'll also be a lot of fun. However, there are quite a few parking bans and street closures that will be in effect throughout the day.

First thing's first- if you are planning on coming downtown for anything, consider taking the RTA or a rideshare service. The Eagles are also intown tonight at the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, so the hustle and bustle of concertgoers will add to the St. Patrick's Day festivities. If those aren't an option (you live downtown, work downtown, etc), then be aware of the restrictions the City of Cleveland posted on twitter.

RTA employees will even be handing out round trip tickets at rapid locations (Brook Park, Puritas, Triskett, W, 117th, and Tower City). My husband and I take the rapid all the time when we come downtown- it saves us a ton of money on parking and it's still a pretty quick trip! I would highly recommend the convenience of the rapid, especially on a day like today.

It's going to be an absolutely GORGEOUS day folks! But remember to stay safe, don't drink and drive, and don't get any parking tickets. Get more St. Paddy's Day information here.
