The first trailer for James Gunn’s “Superman” movie has dropped. Running just over 2-minutes long, the trailer is short on words but heavy on emotion…and filled to the brim with easter eggs for casual fans and comic book nerds alike. We get our first look at David Corenswet as the new Man of Steel (and Clark Kent), Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane, and Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor for starters. We also get our first look at Superman’s super-powered dog Krypto, the Fortress of Solitude, and the Daily Planet. But we’re not done! There’s also a first look at some fan-favorite DC characters including Edi Gathegi as Mister Terrific, Nathan Fillion rocking a bowl-cut as Green Lantern member Guy Gardner, Isabela Merced as Hawkgirl, Anthony Carrigan as Metamorpho, and…a whole lot more.
