Tourists Behaving Badly Prompts Pledge

Some visitors to Hawaii haven't been very respectful of the wildlife, environment, etc. After social media posts with people swimming and touching sea turtles, climbing atop a historic Hawaiian monument, touching eels, spreading across the inter webs, the lieutenant governor of Hawaii brought forth a pledge for visitors to take before, upon, and during their arrival. Entitled the Pono Pledge; Pono meaning 'righteous', He hopes this will bring education of cultural awareness and general safety. Here's the pledge. Respect things that don't belong to you.
