Widespread snow is moving through Northeast Ohio as a Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for most of the region.
The advisory is now in effect for Ashtabula, Carroll, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Mahoning, Medina, Portage, Stark, Summit, Trumbull, Tuscarawas and Wayne counties until 4 a.m. on Friday.
Most should receive about 2-4 inches but isolated higher amounts possible east. Snow will transition to lake effect by Thursday evening/night.
