J.J. Watt wants out of Texas. The Browns need to up their defensive game. But what would it cost?
There are a lot of teams scrambling to get themselves together already. And for once, the Browns are not part of that. The team has a pretty solid offense (that could still use some tweaking) and a solid coaching staff (again, that could probably use a little tweaking). The Browns defense though is...well, it's not great. And we all know that.
But in order to trade for Watt, the Browns might have to consider giving up OBJ, David Njoku, and some draft picks. Or give up Olivier Vernon and some draft picks.
While nothing is set in stone, Watt hasn't officially left the Texans. And there are a lot of other teams who could use him. But adding a Watt brother to our defense could exactly what the Browns need.
