The Cleveland Animal Protective League's Project CARE department will be hosting a drive-thru vaccine clinic! If you are a qualifying resident of Cleveland, your dog will be eligible to receive a distemper/parvo vaccine and a rabies vaccine.

Project CARE, a department within the APL, provides low cost vet services to residents of Cleveland. This includes weekly wellness clinics and spay/neuter services! To qualify for Project CARE, you must live in the City of Cleveland and receive some form of government assistance (food stamps, medical, etc).

Prevention Convention will take place this Saturday, July 10th, at Shaw High School in East Cleveland (15320 Euclid Ave., East Cleveland 44112) from 9am to 12pm. The event will end right at noon, so make sure you arrive early. A rabies vaccine is $5, and the distemper/parvo vaccine is $10 (cash only).

If you are interested in any of the other services Project CARE offers, you can call the APL at 216-771-4616 and ask to be connected with the project CARE department OR you can call 216-255-5012. If Project CARE is unable to answer the phone, leave them a voicemail with the services or assistance you are looking for. They are more than happy to help you and your pets!
