The city of Cleveland might have actually done something right for the venerable West Side Market! They hired a consultant that has worked with over 200 historic markets worldwide. David K. O'Neil has a 6 month contract to find ways for all parties involved to work together to improve everything from the building, to working conditions, to the overall customer experience. Here's wishing him the best of luck, because the old market is just too special a place to be neglected.
