Volunteers at Pokrova Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church in Parma have spent the last few days sorting through and packing up donations to help the Ukrainian community following the Russian invasion. They've collected canned goods, clothing, and monetary donations as well. This past Monday, an entire tractor trailer was filled and began its trip to Poland.

Parma has a large Ukrainian community, so businesses have also been showing their support for Ukraine. And the church isn't the only place offering assistance and taking donations- two restaurants will be donating proceeds from Pierogi Week to help Ukraine, while MedWish has been boxing up medical supplies to send to Poland.
