We all know the extreme shortage of toilet paper. No surprise about news coming out about toiler paper being stolen, this one from a rest stops.
Rest stops are important, but they will be closed in Nebraska unless someone is there to help prevent theft, "We're doing our best to keep them open, but we want to make sure when we do keep them open we have a safe location.
