Al Roker is back home after a second stay in the hospital.
In a social media post, Al wrote, "Home! So incredibly grateful to family, friends, medical folks, @todayshow family and all your thoughts and prayers."
The Today show co-anchor was first hospitalized last month with blood clots in his leg and lungs. It forced him to miss his first Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in 27 years. The day after being released on Thanksgiving, complications sent him back to the hospital.
