This is no surprise to me because of the time I spend there. Ann Arbor ranked number six for 2021 Best City to Live In according to Niche. It actually took the top spot in 2018.
The Duce or A-Square as many people call it constantly ranks high. Obviously the climate or cost of living isn't a reason for the high score, it's many outdoor activities, diversity, and jobs. Lets add great restaurants.
Personally I love the views of the Huron River there and have many more great restaurants to enjoy for the first time. More here.
