I'm guessing this barber wanted attention. He put a stool between lanes in Los Angeles on Sixth Street Bridge.
Also bizarre is the bridge has been shutdown many times because of people taking it over according to Los Angeles Police Department, I'm guessing to make some sort of statement.
The name and identity of the person cutting hair on the bridge has not been revealed. He did not get what he wanted. More here.
