We've had floods. Now there has been a flooding of wine in a Portuguese village. A whopping 600,000 gallons of red wine flooded the streets of São Lourenço do Bairro. A distillery had a couple of their wine tanks burst open.
Their local fire department was able to reroute the wine and it arrived at a wastewater treatment plant instead of a river. This bursting of wine tanks has happened at a few other locations. Hum, I wonder if competition is making it happen. More here.
