Great time of the year to float down a Michigan river. It's all about relaxing on a lazy river. Big Manistee River is featured as a great escape in Mesick, Michigan. Instead of renting a tube bring your own and inflate it when you get there or if you want to travel with it inflated somehow put it in your ride or strap it on the top. I always suggest having a paddleboard.
