Northern Michigan has beautiful attractions. A floating Christmas tree on Big Glen Lake is beautiful. The Siepker family has been doing it for years, "The family continues to enjoy the tradition." They are now up to 2000 led lights.
It can be seen from the M-22 causeway separating Big Glen Lake and Little Glen Lake. The benefit of shorter sunny days gives longer night beauty. It uses a battery supply and solar energy. They use a kayak to help maintain it's glow. Fortunately the lake doesn't seem to freeze before Christmas. More here.
