Michiganders love to get out and take walks even during the winter. We have many great places to hike. In West Bloomfield explore the Clinton River Trail it's 16 miles long, of course you can take a shorter walk.
Others include Stage Nature Center in Troy with marshland and many trees. In Northville is the Maybury State Park Hiking Trail, bring your dog with some canine walking boots. In Ann Arbor is Nichols Arboretum over 120 acres and the Huron River.
