It was a huge effort rescuing a kitten. Props to Lansing Police Department, Lansing Public Works employees, and Ingham County Animal Control for getting involved with the rescue, that's a bunch of people saving the kitten.
The kitten was trapped in a storm drain. ICAC director, "We think the kitten had been down there for a couple of days based on the condition he's in. He's hypothermic and emaciated, but he's currently receiving proper treatment at the shelter and is doing well."
