Always pick up your dogs poop. That was been enforced big time with a fine sent to a lady 400 miles away from where she did not pick up her dogs poop.
Six months ago a dogs poop was left on a sidewalk. Authorities used the dog DNA to discover the dogs owner, "The canine genetic census complements the necessary microchip registration and allows better control of dogs at a national level, regardless of the town, province or autonomous community from which the animal comes."
