Our country doesn't rank high in women equality, but at least Michigan scored top spots in the US.
With an overall ranking in the top ten, Michigan did take #1 in categories "Unemployment Rate Gap," and "Educational Attainment Gap (among Advanced Degree Holders)," also 3rd with "Political Representation Gap."
Personally in my profession most of my leaders are and where women, the best bosses I've ever had. This lack of equality needs to go away. From my own experience I feel women should score above men in pay. More from WalletHub.
