Great that eleven Michigan schools are being recognized for what they do, last year there were only two. Locally in Oakland County Schroeder Elementary School part of the Troy School District received the Blue Ribbon, also Gallimore Elementary School connected with Plymouth-Canton Community Schools. They are the only ones in our metro area awarded.
