There are many roads in Michigan with scenic views. M-22 is one of my favorites. There is a beautiful drive of 100 miles from Traverse City to Manistee with Leland, Glen Harbor, and Arcadia in between.
Even with high gas prices I'm ready to roll again.
Along the route there are great views on the beach and elevated boardwalks. Also great food venues including cherry products. Plus places to shop for unique products.
