The most visited park site during pandemic 2020 revealed by the National Park Service was Blue Ridge Parkway. Many park visits declined during the pandemic but a bunch had huge increases. People just needed to get out and refresh their mind.
Shawn Benge from the National Park Service said, "This past year has reminded us how important national parks and public lands are to overall well-being. Throughout the country, national parks provided close-to-home opportunities for people to spend much-needed time outdoors for their physical and psychological health."
