I have been fortunate to work for amazing women who were the top bosses where I have worked the last two decades. It shows the power of women. But states still don't support women on the same levels as men in employment.
WalletHub has released a ranking of states that are best for moms to work in. The Best and Worst States for Working Moms has Massachusetts earning the top spot. At the bottom is Louisiana. Michigan is low at #36.
